Year after year Hills has advanced in processing engineering polymer grades. We process materials that are difficult for others.
Closed Loop System
Our Process
Receiving Scrap
The process starts with us receiving scrap material. After carrying out the necessary checks the material is then moved to the designated areas.
Size Reduction
The scrap is size reduced through either our granulator or shredder depending on the part.
Compounding
The granulated material & any additives/fillers are accurately fed into our state-of-the-art extruders with Gravimetric feeders.
Packing and Shipping
The finished product is packed with the customer's request and shipped.
